First things first! We all need to know that forgiveness, while it is good to forgive others, is for us! We need to forgive others to let go of the grudge, the anger, the sadness, all of the things related to the "transgression" we feel was done to us. We need to let go of these things so that we can move forward with our lives. Harboring UNForgiveness in our heart will build walls up so high that we can't realize our dreams! Holding onto grudges and not forgiving hurts US. It causes anger in US, and Sadness in US, what does it do to the other person? Probably not a darn thing! More than likely they have moved on long ago! So let go and let God! It really is for you! Here is a quote that I love regarding holding onto anger. "Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die" ~ BuddahAttachments:

I picture UNforgiveness as heavy weights strapped to the person's body. They weigh the person down, prevents the person from enjoying life, and are painful and damaging. Each time a person can forgive, a weight is lost, leaving them feeling lighter, happier, and able to works on and achieve their goals.
